My parcel is at bomasandara office since Saturday. Firstly I was unable to connect to the branch , the issue still same..number busy. Somehow I could connect to customer care ( Miracle n my good luck). The lady there told me I will get my parcel on Monday. So today when i track , I get to know ” Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)”.
I the reciever never requested for another date of delivery. Funny dtdc software or the people who operate it.
